On arrival I spotted the dark less-social pony in the area just NE of the Ammo Dump Compound that is surrounded by a ridge to the S and E. No sign of the other ponies or cattle.
After a short while she climbed onto and over the ridge to the east.
I went onto the ridge myself and looking east I was able to see several ponies and all four cattle.
As I walked towards the ponies & cattle I saw Jacky approaching the group from the NW. We could clearly see all four cattle, but it took a while before we could confirm that we could see/had seen all eight cattle. All appeared well happily grazing except on which was laying down, but appeared content.
Jacky very kindly agreed to visit the trough, so I could return to my bike, (left near the ridge). It had broken as I was riding up Minley Road curtailing the planned long ride (via Minley Manor) before my looker duties. After leaving Jacky I was able to ride it back home just above walking speed, with about 7 stops to re-seat the chain. No doubt and expensive trip to the bike shop tomorrow!
Many thanks Jacky
