Emergency Procedure

If you need to report an emergency to us such as injured or escaped livestock or damaged infrastructure please follow this procedure:

  1. Call the office on 01256 381190.
  2. If no one answers, wait for the answering message which will detail the name and mobile number of the member of staff who is currently on call.
  3. Phone the on-call member of staff who will then respond accordingly.

NOTES:

  • Please do not phone a member of staff directly unless you know they are on-call.

  • If you are unsure if a particular situation qualifies as an emergency then please phone the on-call member of staff anyway so that they can make the decision on how to proceed.

  • Most importantly of all – please do not report injuries or sick animals via the blog alone – always call the emergency on-call contact.

    Thank you!

    Wednesday 26th - Afternoon

The App was showing 1 cow near the Ammo Dump and the other 3 way down the other side of the site.  I thought that maybe the collar had come off but as I was walking up to have a look it was moving!

Eventually tracked 278 down in the woods to the north of the dump.  He was with all 8 of the ponies at ///bumping.fishnet.documents

It appeared that the army were shooting and letting off smoke flares the other side of the dump.  I guess 278 got separated from the other 3 and felt safe with the ponies.

278 and the ponies all seemed fine but a bit on edge.  I left them alone and headed off to find the other cows

After much scrabbling through the thick undergrowth I found the other 3 at ///skillet.decently.workbench

    They all appeared fine
